Krane Construction

Krane Construction Ltd was established in 2004, and we have since developed a reputation as a niche construction company providing a professional, focused and high-quality service - developing or refurbishing properties for both private and commercial property owners, including developers and investors.

We work on a wide range of building projects including house extensions, new build homes and apartment blocks, complete refurbishments of existing properties, property conversions for change of use, to general alterations - all built to the highest standards.

We have a fully skilled and dynamic work force of experienced tradesmen including builders, carpenters, plumbers, tilers, site foremen, painters and decorators, as well as electrical engineers who are qualified to a minimum of 16th edition, as certified by the IEE. Throughout the Krane Group our teams follow rigorous health and safety procedures, working with diligence and taking pride in their workmanship, always mindful of the meticulous standards we expect to provide to our clients; keeping any disruption to a minimum.

Krane Construction is a member of both the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and the National House-Building Council (NHBC).

We still act for our first ever client and much of our new business comes from recommendation.
