From the outset of any project, we meet potential and existing clients at their proposed project site to discuss ideas and develop a brief, and liaise with them throughout the life of the project to ensure that the project meets with their requirements and specifications. We also take the time to understand external factors including planning legislation especially when working within architecturally sensitive areas and sustainability issues, which include the carbon-reduction requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes and Revisions to Approved Document Part L of the Building Regulations.

We have a network of construction professionals, from architects to structural engineers, whom we can recommend; we also have strong links with trade only suppliers. There are times our clients may have already instructed the services of an architectural or design team, in these cases we work in association with their chosen professionals and together we will devise the best possible solutions for our clients project in a fully integrated and cost effective way.
